Ryanair adds 3,000 more flights this winter; CEO criticizes Boris’s “useless” cabinet
Ryanair has unveiled its busiest winter schedule to date, with more than 3,000 daily flights to and from its 21 UK airports, including from Birmingham. A total of 21 new routes will be launched by the Irish carrier, including Birmingham to Stockholm, Stansted to Lapland, Liverpool to Rome, and Edinburgh to Grenoble, France.
Speaking at a press conference in London yesterday, Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary said: "Ryanair is one of the most reliable airlines as hopeless Heathrow continues to cap traffic, while BA cancels thousands of UK flights in its winter schedules due to staff shortages.
